While Nigerians are already feeling the heat of the fuel scarcity, the rich including the politicians are also experiencing the difficulty and a perfect example is Senator Dino Melaye who hails from Kogi State.
Amid the fuel scarcity, Senator Dino Melaye who has run out of fuel while driving his expensive automobile, Ferrari had no choice but to patronize black market traders of fuel.
