Reflecting on their recent meeting at the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) investiture ceremony in Abuja, Maku recalled, “I met him less than a month before his sudden demise. He was full of kind words of encouragement.”

He stated that Iwuanyanwu’s demise shocked many who admired his dedication to the nation.

Chief Iwuanyanwu was a multifaceted leader who made significant contributions to Nigeria’s media, aviation, and sports industries.

He remained active in public service until his last days, offering his wisdom as the President of Ohaneze Ndi Igbo.
