“While peaceful protest is undoubtedly a right of the people, your decision to prioritize safety and stability showcases great prudence,” Uzodimma stated. He emphasized the importance of this choice in maintaining order and preventing potential violence in the region.
Governor Uzodimma also addressed the current economic challenges facing Nigeria, pointing out the irony of those responsible for these issues now sponsoring protests instead of collaborating with the Federal Government to find solutions.
He highlighted the efforts of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in tackling these inherited challenges and urged citizens to support the President’s endeavors.
“It is unfortunate that those who contributed to our current economic challenges are now the ones sponsoring protests simply because we have a President courageous enough to dismantle the entrenched cabal exploiting our common resources,” Uzodimma remarked.
