A video posted on the X handle of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) showed the driver of the Suzuki car lying in an unconscious state after his vehicle run under the truck from behind.
According to the post, SEHMU, tow truck and police officers have been contacted.
It said LASTMA officers are also on ground “doing the needful.”
A detailed official statement is expected from the traffic agency or other security agencies in the state.
