According to reports, the suspect, a drug addict, has been terrorizing the community, raping old women and minors, including a 7-month pregnant woman.
An eyewitness, Arc. Onyebuchi Ndukwe confirmed the arrest to ABN TV, stating that the suspect has been handed over to the Ubakala police station for investigation.
The suspect has not denied the allegations and evidence has been collected.
The community has been searching for the serial rapist for a long time, and his arrest brings relief to the residents.
