Sky Deutschland journalist Florian Plettenberg took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share the latest on Manchester United’s chase to sign the 24-year-old.
He says the Netherlands international is ‘still keen’ to join the Premier League side, where he can reunite with former Ajax manager, Erik ten Hag.De Ligt has an agreement in place with the English club, and they need to agree a deal with Vincent Kompany’s side to secure his services.
