In a statement issued by Mr. Elijah M. Dogoh, the Covering Permanent Secretary of the Bureau of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, this automation initiative aims to accurately determine the financial implications of salary payments within the Local Government Councils.

The statement instructs the Directors of General Services and Administration (DGSAs) across the 23 Local Government Areas to ensure that all affected staff appear in person for the exercise, as proxy screenings will not be permitted.
