KUWAIT CITY, Aug 19: The Al-Salhiya police station has referred an expatriate to the Deportation Department for violating residency laws. According to a security source, a worshipper reported finding the expatriate sleeping inside the mosque. When a patrol arrived, they found the expatriate deeply asleep. Upon waking him and requesting his ID, it was discovered that he had violated residency laws for a long time.
