Following the restoration of order in Potiskum, Gashu’a, and Nguru towns after recent violent protests, Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni has authorized the immediate lifting of the curfew in these areas

In a statement released on Sunday, Brigadier General (retd) and Special Adviser to the Governor on Security Matters, emphasized that security agencies must remain vigilant to maintain law and order. He urged these agencies to prevent any criminal activities that might arise due to the end of the curfew.
