In reaction to the images, Police Force spokesperson ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi emphasized on Friday that while it is impossible to apprehend all criminals in one day, security agencies are making significant progress with daily arrests of large numbers of offenders. Adejobi reassured the public that no criminal would evade justice.

He urged Nigerians to recognize and appreciate the ongoing efforts of law enforcement agencies, including the armed forces, in combating crime. He also called for collective and individual efforts in addressing insecurity and other vices across the country.
