Chelsea are expected to be busy in the summer window once again despite not completing a single deal in January. It comes with the Blues seeking to comply with the Premier League’s new and also upcoming financial regulations.

The club are thought to be in need of significant funds coming in before they can truly turn their attention towards fresh arrivals, but that hasn’t stopped them looking for options.
