Mwadkwon claimed that Alake had referred to supporters of a particular presidential candidate as “wild dogs” during the last presidential election.

Alake, one of President Bola Tinubu’s initial 28 nominees, was grilled by Mwadkwon but was not given the opportunity to answer the question due to interruptions and objections from other senators.
