Hilliard Etta made the remark in an interview with Arise News during the Newsday program after being instructed to respond to claims that Adamu’s denial of knowing about the emergence of the Senate and House of Representative’s top officials and that he was not carried along would be his final straw.
In response, Hilliard Etta said that he had previously proposed that the president check into the APC’s internal matters. The NWC in question is not his NWC.
The truth is that if the party is going to be a partner in the development of Nigeria that Tinubu wants to build, then he must have a party that is on the same page with him and not the one that will be a distraction to him. Hilliard claimed that people could infer from what he said that this particular APC NWC is not his NWC.
