In his tweet he said; “On our monitoring this week, we came across this young student by name Kamal Usman of JSS 3 from STDSS KAGARA. A physically challenged student writing with mouth. Pls forward this video until it reach all necessary ministries and individual. Thanks”
The young boy who was seen using his mouth to write boldly on a book has since left many amazed.
